How do I book my first visit?
Choose the new patient exam online, pick a clinician and a time, and you are confirmed straight away. We email a reminder the day before.
Do you accept my insurance?
We work with most major PPO plans and file claims for you. Add your plan when you book and we will check your benefits before you arrive.
What if I do not have insurance?
Self-pay fees are listed on the Fees & plans page. Our six-month recall plans bundle two cleanings for less than paying visit by visit.
Can you see me today for a toothache?
Yes. We hold same-day emergency slots every weekday. Book the emergency exam online or call and press 1.
Do you treat children?
Dr. Carter and our hygienists see children from age 3. The first visit is short, friendly and never rushed.
What happens if I need to cancel?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before. Your deposit comes off your final bill or is refunded.
